Great place. Staff I’d very helpful and friendly

I had such a great experience at Palm Beach Tan thanks to Alyssa! She was incredibly kind, patient, and genuinely helpful. She took the time to walk me through every single step, answered all of my questions, and made sure I felt completely comfortable with everything. You can tell she really cares about the customers and wants you to have the best experience possible. I never felt rushed and she explained everything so clearly. I seriously could not recommend Alyssa enough she made the whole visit so easy and enjoyable!

It blows my mind seeing all of these negative reviews. I have had nothing but lovely and great experiences since going there! I have no complaints. Every staff member is so kind and welcoming. I have an easy and enjoyable visit every time I stop in to tan!

I just renewed my membership after not tanning for over a year. So far the customer service has been great at both locations that I've tanned at - Simpsonville off of Harrison Bridge Rd and at the Cherrydale location in Greenville. The front desk staff are cheerful and accommodating. My tan is also looking great!
