This is my favorite store near me.. Clean store, clean beds, prompt customer service and knowledgeable staff to help with any questions you may have.. Lauren is my go to for anything I need or need to know.. If you’re looking for a tanning salon this is location to go to..

Haven’t been in a long time, Summer was super amazing answering all my questions and explaining the prices to me!

Such a great location with even better customer service! Lauren was absolutely amazing! She was super friendly, knowledgeable, and took the time to help me find the perfect membership and lotion without making me feel pressured into buying anything. You can tell she genuinely cares about her customers and making sure they have a great experience. The salon has such a welcoming atmosphere, and Lauren is definitely an asset to this location! Highly recommend!

Great customer service. Facility was clean as well. Highly recommend

The Palm beach tan on the west side has by far been my favorite one, but most importantly because of an employee Sydney has been completely AWESOME. I will drive out of my way to go to this one. Her customer service is by far the best around, she will make you feel so welcomed and helped you find the best skin care routine and always knows her stuff!! I’d give more stars if I could

Sydney the ASM at West Spartanburg always has a smile on her face and always welcomes me in the store. Hard working. She is always on the go when I come into the store!

i had such a wonderful experience, the girls were so nice to me and very educated about their products. i ended up buying a membership , and i’m already excited to go back for my next spray tan! my spray tan turned out GORGEOUS! can’t say enough good things :)

Been a member of Ultra Tan for over 25 years. This company purchased it and now, no half off on weekends, beds we can use are old bulbs and the one I like is out of order. Been broken for months. Just not happy at this time.

Personnel friendly, establishment is clean, beds are clean and in working order, fair pricing, and convenient hours.
