I wanted to compliment a lovely young woman (Ana I believe was her name) who was working around 12pm on Saturday 10/24. While I was waiting to check in she was dealing with a very difficult woman who was extremely rude to her at no fault of her own. I was thoroughly impressed with the patience and grace with which she handled the customer. She was visibly shaken by the way the woman treated her and she handled it perfectly. I was sure to tell her just that on my way out. Great job sweet girl!

This place has some amazing services! Red light, blue light, spray tanning, and so much more! I had no idea until I stopped by there today. Lauren, the manager, was incredible. Her customer service is the best I’ve experienced in a while! And she is very knowledgeable on the products and services they offer.

Lauren is the best!! She was so helpful and attentive during my spray tan service! She explained every step of the service so there was no confusion and so I felt comfortable:) The salon was super clean and I will definitely be back and will recommend this location to my friends!

Lauren was great! She was very helpful and detailed about the options available. I love the red light tanning bed!

Carolina beach store is my favorite . I love Lauren! She has explained all the beds to me . Always has time to answer my questions ! I always have them!! Didn’t see her for a bit . But she’s back & am happy to see her ! 💙

I have been coming to this location for many years. When Palm Beach took over ownership I was very impressed with the smooth transition. I thoroughly enjoy coming here. The staff here is fantastic, especially Lauren!! She is amazing

This place is super easy, the staff is incredibly sweet and knowledgeable . Accommodating, and never much of a wait. Beds are awesome. Lots of lotion options. Red light beds and spray tan that somehow don’t look tacky. Lauren the manager is exceptionally helpful and truly wants to make sure you are having a pleasant experience.

Lauren at Carolina Beach location is always extremely friendly. Every room and bed is clean.
